Garcinia Cambogia: Weight Loss Journey for the sole purpose of review.

I know that I don't really have a lot of weight to lose.
I weigh 108 and I am at an age (21 y/o) where my metabolism is at an all time high.
However, I really want to take this journey so I can review this weight loss supplement that a lot of nutritionists are speaking about. Dr. Oz from the Dr. Oz Show even did multiple segments about Garcinia Cambogia and referred to the fruit extract as a "Revolutionary weight loss supplement".

Garcinia Cambogia is a fat burner, appetite suppressant, an energy booster, and is completely safe (as far as we know). Needless to say, Dr. Oz's statement is pretty accurate.

The supplement I purchased is Garcinia Lean by Nutritional Sciences. They are produced and marketed within the United States. They are also sold exclusively (if I am not mistaken) on Amazon.
Here is the link.

As you can see they have over 5,000 reviews and the reviews all averaged to a 4 star product.
I should also mention that if you are not satisfied with the results or product. They do have a money back guarantee program. (I do not know about you- but for me- it gives me some sort of a safe feeling)

Amongst all the orders placed for Garcinia Lean, the rate for the returns are under 1%.
That should say a lot, but we will see at the end of this journey.

If you do choose to go with a different brand there are a few things you should look for
  • Must have 60% HCA (or more but never heard of any supplement w/ more than this)
  • Must be completely natural- there should be no artificial fillers
  • Money-back guarantee

I purchased the 180 veggie capsule bottle. Which is only a month supply because Nutritional Sciences directed that the consumer should take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before eating 3 times a  day, equalling to 180 capsules a month.

I started today at a start weight of 108
I will continue to update as much as possible.

Remember do not take any Garcinia Cambogia extract supplements if you are:
  • Pregnant
  • Breastfeeding
  • (have) Alzheimers or Dementia
  • If you take any cholesterol-lowing medication ( if you do- studies show that you are at a higher risk of developing muscle degeneration or rhabdomyolysis and other complications)

Many people are going nuts for this supplement and here is some pictures of why:
